All photographs created by Bright Soul Photography, LLC are protected under United States Copyright Law. Copyright is retained exclusively by Bright Soul Photography, LLC at all times.
Purchase of images or digital files does not transfer copyright ownership.
Personal Use License
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. This includes:
• Printing images for personal display
• Sharing images on personal social media accounts
• Creating personal gifts for friends and family
